Banana Bread


              Dah lama cari resepi kek pisang yang sedap, moist..yang macam kat kedai..kalo kat Mesia..memang harus ku pergi cari kat kedai jer..hehehe..Pernah 2-3 kali cuba resepi yang jumpa kat internet..tapi masih tak dapat diterima selerea encik suami..sampai lah percubaan yang ini.

             Jumpa resepi kat pembalut tepung gandum..saja nak try..kot-kot lah best kan..tengok siap letak buttermilk lagi..rasanya akan jadi okay..sebab buttermilk akan membuatkan kek lebih moist. 

             Ehm hasilnya memang tak menghampakan malah kena dikongsi kat sini..supaya tak hilang resepi.

Resepi Asal: Pembalut Tepung Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Resepi Asal          
Bahan-bahan:
1 1/4 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) butter or margarine, softened
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups mashed very ripe bananas (3 to 4 medium)
1/2 Cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 Cup chopped nuts, if desired

Resepi yang saya olah sebab buat separuh..takut tak sedap..sekali tak cukup..baru buat..dah habis..huhuhu..

1/2 Cups and 2 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Eggs
1 Cup Mashed Banana (3 Medium)
1/4 Buttermilk , ~ buat sendiri dengan guna fresh milk tambah 1 teaspoon lemon juice and set aside for at least 5 minutes
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cara-Cara:
1. Heat Oven to 350F, tapi my oven 325F. Grease bottoms only of 2 (8x4) loaf pans or 1 (9x5) loaf pan.
2. In large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts just until moistened.
4. Pour batter into pans.
5. Bake 8inch loaves for 1 hour, 9 inch loaf for 1 1/4 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ~ I use 9 inch and bake for 50 minutes.
6. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans to cooling rack.
7.Cool about 1 hour before slicing.


           Sedap..harus kena buat lagi :)
