Mee Daging (Beef Egg Noodle)


              Ini resepi 2 bulan lepas kot..hehe..kata selang seli kan..kalo tak bila pulak nak masuk resepi kat sini kan. Alkisah aku tengok series korean drama kat you tube. Aku entah kenapa mesti kepingin jer nak makan mee ramen itu..hahaha..so aku pon carilah resepi yang ala-ala..ceh tetiba jer merasakan ini resepi yang lebih kurang lah dalam citer itu..okay aku jer rasa macam tu kot.

              Alamak, terbebel panjang pulak. Resepinye aku google dan jumpa kat sini. Jadi meh aku share ,copy and paste dan tambah mana yang aku edit.

Resepi Mee Daging

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 noodles (dry egg ),alkisah aku tak tahu pulak ada egg noodlemasani,aku guna spaghetti lah.
- 6 ounce beef (lean )
- 1 tablespoon soy ( sauce)
- 1 tablespoon oyster ( sauce)
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 stock (teacup ), aku rebus dulu dagingnya, mana nak ready made halal kat sini.
- 2 garlic (cloves chopped)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
-aku tambah telur 2 biji


Directions:

Soak the noodles in boiling water for a minute.
Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water.
Squeeze off the excess water.
Slice beef thinly and mix with oyster sauce, soya sauce, pepper and cornflour.
Heat half a tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the noodles for 5 minutes, and transfer onto a serving plate.
Heat 1tbsp of oil and add the garlic and the seasoned beef and fry for 1 minute.
Add the stock and stir.
Return the fried noodles and toss till piping hot.
Pecahkan telur satu persatu.
Serve hot.
