Pizza

        Straight to the point je lah eh..nama pon copy and paste sajork..lagipon kena cepat sebelum kids bangun tido..hehehe

Pizza Dough

You will need :
1 envelope (2 1/2 tsp) Active Dry Yeast
1 cup Warm Water
1 tsp sugar (aku salah baca pegi letak 1 Tbsp,tapi ok jer rasa dia)
1 1/2 tsp salt (pon sama nasib,aku salah baca)
1/4 cup cornmeal (aku guna jer tepung jagung)
3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp Virgin Olive oil (aku guna minyak masak sayuran)
2 1/2 - 3 1/2 cups Bread flour (aku letak terus kedeboosh 3cups)

Steps:
1. Disolve the yeast in the warm water with the sugar and salt.Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Pour yeast mixture into a large mixer bowl with dough attachment.
3. Stir in cornmeal,whole wheat flour and oil and mix on 2 speed (low) for 30 seconds.
4. Gradually add the bread flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough clings to hook and cleans sides of bowl 
(about 2 minutes).
5. Add only enough additional flour to keep dough from stickong.
6. Knead on 2 speed (low) for 4 more minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.

    Kenyataannya,aku takde mixer,so guna cara tradisional lah,guna senduk kayu..tapi aku terus campur jer sume tepung,pastu pandai2 lah agak..tak cukup air,tambah sikit,tak cukup tepung tambah sikit..sampai adunan sebati..jadi cam doh roti canai,bulat jer...

Next Steps:
1. Spray a large bolw with non stick cooking spray and transfer dough into bowl.
2. Spray on top of dough with non stick cooking spray and cover bowl with a plastic wrap.
3. Place bowl in a warm place,away from drafts and let rise until double in bulk (1 1/2 - 2 hours)

      Aku pulak biar je doh tu dalam bowl yang aku guna nak mix tadi,tutup dengan aluminium foil and left  for 2 hours.Aku tak pegi cari non stick cooking spray ni..

After 2 hours:
1. Punch down dough and knead once more in mixer with dough hook on 2nd speed for 2 minutes.
2. Form the dough into 4 balls.
3. Roll out each dough to 10 inches in diameter.
4. If you like a thin crust,roll the dough out to 12 inches in diameter.

      Step yang ni,aku follow jerlah,aku prefer yang 10 inches..

After punch out the rise dough


Heat the oven to 425F.
Prepare the pizzas with your  favorite sauce and toppings.
Bake each pizza on a pizza pan or pizza stone for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted or crust is crisp.

Toppings

Ikut creativity memasinglah..macam aku pulak ikut apa yang ada dalam dapur..
Untuk sos,aku teramat lah tak kuasa nak masak,so aku guna kan jer sos prego traditional.


Lepas letak prego aku tabur parmesan cheese kraft
Pastu,aku potong je frankfurter beef and chicken,mushrooms and last but not least cheese lagi..
Pizza kalo banyak cheese sedap...ni pendapat aku dan hubby lah..hehehe..
